Melbourne Connect Info Portal

Registered user login

The Melbourne Connect Info Portal is a digital platform designed to provide the Melbourne Connect community with information and resources, access to self-managed tasks, precinct-related announcements, and collaboration opportunities. The Info Portal is for the entire precinct community including co-located partners, the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, The University of Melbourne’s Interdisciplinary Groups to name a few.

Access

If you are a precinct community member and would like sign up to the Melbourne Connect Info Portal, please fill in the registration form here.

Upon the completion of a registration form and approval from the Melbourne Connect team, community members will receive an acceptance invitation via email. Once the invitation is accepted, members will have access to the platform.

Features

The Info Portal has been designed as a digital system within the Microsoft 365 platform that can be viewed on a desktop or mobile. The online interface allows the Melbourne Connect community to:

Access information and resources

  • Self-service access to all Melbourne Connect brand and marketing assets including brand, editorial and style guides, logos, images and videos.
  • Facilities information including locations, facility access and management, policies and procedures.
  • Latest news, events and activities at Melbourne Connect.

Perform tasks

  • Book a meeting room on the Superfloor.
  • Contact Melbourne Connect Concierge.
  • Organise an event.

Receive precinct wide announcements

  • Formal works notifications
  • Impacts on building access
  • Hours of opening and closing
  • Major activities in the precinct
  • Health and safety protocols
  • Government regulations pertinent to precinct operations e.g. COVID updates

Share information and collaborate

  • Promote events to the community.
  • Share announcements, accolades and news stories.
  • Exchange ideas and opportunities.
  • Seek collaboration opportunities.
